Terms of Service

By engaging VerdantYield Systems for field assessment or hardware installation, you agree to the following operational terms.

1. Field Access

Clients must provide unobstructed access to designated agricultural blocks during our standard operating hours (Mon-Fri 6AM - 4PM) for sensor deployment and drone flight operations.

2. Hardware Maintenance

IoT flow valves and soil sensors remain the property of VerdantYield Systems unless explicitly purchased under a separate hardware agreement. Clients are responsible for avoiding physical damage to surface-level transmitters during standard tractor operations.
